I am a native Southern Oregonian working in the mental health field since 2021. Prior to counseling, I was an elementary school teacher in Portland, China, and Grants Pass. I provide a personal, warm approach to therapy informed by cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), positive psychology, mindfulness, and attachment theory. I also provide clinical supervision to Registered Associates working towards LPC licensure.
